White Bean Chicken Chili Bake or pressure cook chicken or can use rotisserie chicken Shred Chicken Chop green onions In saucepan, mix chili mix with broth(s) & bring to rolling boil Mix 2 or 3 teaspoons corn starch with water - add to broth mix until slurry Drain corn Do not drain beans Put broth mixture in crockpot Add chicken, beans, corn, onions, and chilis. Let slow cook for at least 2 hours. About 30 min. before serving mix in about 2 or so tablespoons sour cream Stir well and enjoy!
